Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP development, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, consultation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate effectively with staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation for students facing academic, social, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to design effective classroom behavior support plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with established protocols
