Work schedule
- Competitive pay: Earn a guaranteed hourly base pay + COMMISSION on your sales.
- PAID TRAINING: Get your insurance license in just 30 days!
- $200 SIGN-ON BONUS: Earn it upon receiving your insurance license within 30 days.
- Become a certified tax preparer and earn commission on tax returns.
- Enjoy direct deposit every Friday.
- Supportive and team-oriented work environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
- Process insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy changes.
- Assist with local marketing and perform daily office tasks
- Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Willing to obtain a Limited lines Insurance Broker's License.
- Must have a valid Texas ID/DL.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to commute between locations throughout DFW.
- Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm.
- Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish.
- Required: English
- Must be 18+.
