Compensation: $180,000–$210,000 Base + 15% Bonus + $50,000–$60,000 RSUs (Annual Grants)

Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Senior Manager, Applications Engineering to lead a team focused on delivering customer-ready solutions that showcase the full power of an industry-leading semiconductor portfolio.

This is a highly visible leadership role that blends engineering, customer engagement, business strategy, and cross-functional leadership.

Scope & Impact

As Senior Manager, Applications Engineering, you will serve as the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world customer solutions.

You'll lead the development of complete system-level solutions, manage engineering teams supporting strategic customers, and help drive adoption of emerging technologies across multiple industrial markets. This role offers significant exposure to executive leadership, product management, marketing, and key customers worldwide.

Where You'll Add Value

• Lead applications engineering efforts across a broad portfolio of power and sensing technologies
• Drive integration of multiple technologies into complete customer-ready systems
• Oversee development of reference designs, schematics, PCB layouts, and customer-specific solutions
• Guide creation of technical collateral including application notes, white papers, user manuals, and datasheets
• Partner closely with product management and strategic marketing teams
• Support competitive analysis, product positioning, and future technology roadmaps
• Influence new product concepts and future innovation initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product development, software, and business functions
• Serve as a technical and business leader supporting strategic customer engagements

What We're Looking For

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required
• 10+ years of Applications Engineering experience
• 3+ years of Applications Engineering leadership experience
• Proven success leading technical teams and customer-facing engineering initiatives
• Strong background in hardware design, PCB-level engineering, and software integration
• Experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to understand and leverage broad product portfolios
• Strong business acumen with exposure to product development and customer solution design
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
