Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr

Responsible for managing enterprise business glossaries, metadata definitions, and data governance initiatives within investment management environments.

Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to standardize terminology, support governance activities, and ensure consistency across systems and reporting platforms.

Supports data quality, regulatory, and stewardship initiatives while documenting business processes and operational workflows.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience with business glossary creation and metadata management.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Experience:

• Experience in investment management or financial services environments.
• Experience supporting data governance and metadata management initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and manage enterprise business glossaries and metadata definitions.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to standardize investment management terminology.
• Support data governance, metadata management, and stewardship initiatives.
• Review and validate business definitions, data lineage, and governance artifacts.
• Understand and document investment management business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple business domains.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and alignment discussions.
• Support data quality, regulatory, and governance initiatives across investment platforms.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of business terminology across systems and reporting environments.

Should Have:

• Exposure to data governance tools such as Purview or Informatica.
• Knowledge of data lineage, data quality, and governance frameworks.
• Experience working on enterprise transformation or regulatory programs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
