You'll work across the full talent lifecycle — from attracting early-career talent to developing future leaders — helping shape how we grow, engage, and retain our people.You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture teams to design and deliver strategies that drive capability, engagement, and long-term success.What You'll Be DoingEarly Careers & Talent DevelopmentSupport the delivery of early careers programmes (graduates, apprentices, interns)Help build relationships with universities and training providersContribute to creating a positive and inclusive candidate experienceAssist with workforce planning and future talent pipelinesWorkforce & Career DevelopmentSupport the development of career frameworks and progression pathwaysHelp coordinate mentoring, coaching, and career development activitiesLeadership Development & SuccessionAssist in the delivery of leadership development programmes, including facilitating sessions where appropriateSupport talent reviews and 9-box grid processesHelp identify high-potential talent and track development plansWork with leaders to support succession planning activitiesPerformance, Engagement & RetentionSupport the implementation of modern performance management practicesAssist in analysing engagement and retention trendsContribute to initiatives that enhance the employee experienceEmployer Brand & Talent MarketingSupport employer branding activity within early-career and technical marketsAssist with social media, events, and recruitment campaignsRepresent Salute at careers fairs and industry events as confidence growsContinuous ImprovementUse data and insights to support improvements in talent strategiesStay informed on trends in talent management and early careersSupport wider People & Culture initiativesWhat We're Looking ForExperience or exposure to Talent Management, ideally in tech, engineering, or infrastructure environmentsSome experience supporting leadership or talent development activities, workforce planning, or early careersComfortable facilitating meetings and engaging stakeholders, while also being hands-on with coordination and administrationStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a collaborative, global environmentWhy Join Us?We believe work should support your life — not compete with it.
