Lifeguard

Job Responsibilities Provide constant visual surveillance of the pool. Remain visible to all guests at the pool. Provide rescue skills when required, to guests drowning or in danger of drowning. Administer first aid when required. Enforce pool rules and regulations. Caution swimmers of unsafe practices and safety hazards. Follow all designated emergency procedures. Alert management of any hazards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong observation and surveillance skills. Knowledge of security procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Valid lifeguard certification. Minimum age 17.00 - Maximum age 17.00 (per state regulations).
