About the Role Step into a pivotal leadership role where you will orchestrate the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be the driving force on site, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This position empowers you to make critical decisions, lead diverse teams, and overcome challenges, directly influencing the timely and budget‑conscious delivery of essential projects. What You'll Do Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications. Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee the timely delivery of necessary materials and services. Conduct thorough inspections of work performed by subcontractors, upholding quality standards and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Proactively monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report variances to the project manager. Lead and mentor on site construction teams, cultivating a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment. Identify and resolve issues or conflicts during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Foster clear, effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. What You'll Bring Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or residential construction management or closely related field. Strong leadership, exceptional organizational, and superior communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software and industry tools to optimize workflows.
