Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Pilates Educator to inspire and guide clients through transformative movement experiences. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in reformer Pilates, fitness, and body mechanics to design engaging classes and personalized training sessions that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Duties

• Lead engaging Pilates classes for groups of varying skill levels, ensuring proper form and technique
• Develop customized Pilates programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and physical conditions
• Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to improve movement quality and prevent injury
• Promote a positive class environment that fosters community engagement and supports client retention
• Maintain safety standards by ensuring equipment is used correctly and exercises are performed within individual capabilities

Experience

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing effective programs
• Familiarity with various fitness disciplines including cycling, CrossFit, personal training, and sports coaching is highly desirable
• Prior experience working as a reformer Pilates instructor required
• Demonstrates ability to motivate diverse groups of participants while maintaining safety standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on exercise techniques and health concepts
• Prior certification in Pilates instruction is required
