Our clients are seeking Teacher's Aides and Paraprofessionals in Essex County, NJ CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS *Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM depending on grade level. *Compensation Rate: Starting at $18/hr. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY A teacher’s aide (or paraprofessional) supports lead educators by managing classrooms, preparing materials, and working directly with students in small groups or one-on-one. They facilitate personalized learning plans, monitor behavior, and handle administrative routines to ensure an engaging educational environment.
