POSITION TITLE Manager on Duty (MOD) Pay $20 per hour What You’ll Do Give every customer a warm welcome and helpful, attentive service Serve as a reliable resource for customer and staff questions Support team members by giving breaks and assisting departments as needed Help lead, guide, and motivate employees throughout your shift Accurately shop, prepare, and complete online orders Complete all MOD checklists and shift responsibilities Jump in, solve problems, and help keep the store organized and running smoothly What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills and experience working with the public A positive, open, and helpful approach to the work of the day The ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure A collaborative attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Evening availability, including at least one weekend evening If you love working with people, enjoy being part of a lively team, and want an opportunity to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Rising Tide Natural Market
