Your Purpose in this Role We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth‑motivated and self‑starting individuals who value efficiency , reliability , and family . We're looking for a detail‑oriented, experienced, and licensed Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our company. Pay $90K - 120K Based on skills, experience, performance and on‑going training attendance Your Duties and Responsibilities Project planning and the scheduling of detailed schedules for project activities ensuring timely completion. Estimating and preparing transparent proposals that adhere to the terms of each JOC Contract. Prepare project documents for submission to owners and engineers. Practice the allocation of resources effectively. Quality assurance and control by implementing QA/QC procedures to meet industry standards. Purchasing to ensure that all purchase orders are in the best interest of Tempe Mechanical and its clients. Risk Management to proactively assess safety hazards, schedule delays and budget overruns. Safety Compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project. Closeout and Turnover the project closeout activities including final inspections.
