Job Description Primary Care opening near Phoenix - Located in Peoria, AZ - Phoenix 30m - Full-time, permanent position - Work in the Internal Medicine Department working with older adults - 4 10hr days - West Phoenix is open on Saturday and done on rotating basis - Call is about every 3-4 months for a week from Fri 7pm to the following Friday at 7amPrimarily responsible for providing comprehensive primary health care services through the identification, management and/or referral of the health problems and maintenance of the clients health by means of preventive care and health promotion. Will perform assignments which can vary from routine to exceptional in nature and are carried out with minimal guidance in accordance with clinic office practices and procedures.
