Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and licensed Registered Architect to join our growing team in the Greater St. Louis area. This individual will play a key role in drafting, designing, coordinating, and supporting architectural projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong in both REVIT and AutoCAD, and comfortable managing aspects of projects independently while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities * Draft and design architectural plans using REVIT and AutoCAD * Develop construction documents, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders * Assist with project planning, scheduling, and overall project management activities * Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and code compliance * Participate in client meetings and project discussions as needed * Support projects through permitting, revisions, and construction administration phases Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Architect * Active architectural registration/license in at least one U.S. state * Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD * Ability to independently draft and produce project documents * Prior project management or project coordination experience * Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building codes * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Preferred Experience * Commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or mixed-use project experience * Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams * Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration processes Company Description Nova Group, Inc. is a small architecture firm employing 6 people currently.
