We’ll teach you Real Impact – Your work directly helps families and businesses recover What You’ll Do Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish (water, fire, storm damage, etc.) Coordinate crews, schedules, and resources to keep jobs moving Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams Ensure job documentation, compliance, and timelines are met Problem-solve in fast-paced, ever-changing situations Deliver a high level of service during what can be a customer’s worst day What We’re Looking For Someone who wants to learn and build a long-term career Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset (even if you’re early in your career) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed Bonus points if you have experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination—but it’s not required.
