Must Have Skills:
- Experience configuring platforms (AD, Azure AD, OUD etc) and building custom connectors API & Protocol knowledge (SCIM, Rest API's etc) to connect to application databases
- Data Transformation (ETL) from source system to IGA tool
- Expert Excel skills - Formulas/VLOOKUP Active Directory / Oracle Unified Directory knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management)
- Experience and knowledge in OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) REST / SOAP APIs SCIM JDBC / database connectors
- Flat file (CSV/SFTP) Directory-based (AD / LDAP)
- Read and interpret application API documentation
- Map accounts, attributes, and entitlements / understand a schema from source
- Handles create / update / disable / delete (CRUD) logic
- Authoritative sources for syncing and aggregating users and access
- Downstream application dependencies
- Knowledge of SQL - running queries and exporting results
- Experience with using multiple SharePoint sites
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
