CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is hiring dependable Operator B team members for a growing plastic manufacturing company. This is a hands-on production role for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate molding machines and secondary production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine operation and report any production, quality, or safety concerns immediately
• Inspect plastic parts for quality and remove defective products
• Sort, trim, package, and label finished products according to company standards
• Maintain required production rates while following quality procedures
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for production
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Communicate production status and important information during shift change
• Assist with general housekeeping throughout the facility, including production areas, break rooms, and restrooms
• Support Lead Operators and supervisors as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds repeatedly
• Use hands and fingers for repetitive inspection, trimming, and packaging tasks
• Visually inspect plastic parts for quality defects
• Safely use hand tools, including approved trimming knives and clippers
• Lift and empty collection bins onto work tables for inspection and sorting
