Day Shift Staff Nurse

Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a Day Shift LPN/RN Staff Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care within correctional facilities. In this role, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, provide wound care, and support chronic disease management while ensuring regulatory compliance and security procedures. You will respond to urgent medical needs, collaborate with physicians and mental health providers, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
