What we’re looking for:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating varying schedules or assignments
• Willingness to mentor or coordinate with a COTA if available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess and document student needs, progress, and plans for intervention
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Offer guidance on classroom adaptations and sensory strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise or work in partnership with a COTA as needed
