As our Receptionist, you'll help keep our dealership running smoothly while ensuring every customer receives a warm and professional welcome.

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member

Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication

Provide basic dealership information and assistance to callers

Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor

Ensure customers are connected with the appropriate department quickly and efficiently

Maintain and update dealership phone directories as needed

Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming

Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Represent the Modern brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, highly organized, and enjoys interacting with people.

Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work a flexible schedule
