Hiring for multiple departments

Customer Accounts Representative

• Monday – Friday

• 8 AM – 5 PM with two late nights a week (11 AM – 8 PM late nights are never on Friday) with every other Saturdays (twice a month - 8 AM – 12 PM)

• This position is a light collections positions, meaning you’re calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due). Also, collecting credit card info, or if customers don’t have auto-pay turned on, or if they forgot their password to log in etc. Any “heavy” collections activity goes to another department.

Customer Care Representative

• Monday – Friday

o 8 AM – 5 PM with one Saturday a month (8 AM – 12 PM)

• Answering incoming calls throughout the day from Honda/Acura customers who need assistance with their account, payment, information, title request, payment options, logging into website etc.

Title Associate in CS Support Job Description

• Purpose Driven – Has a customer service focus – internal and external.

• Critical Thinking / Problem Solving - can identify solutions and act to resolve them using the information provided. Involving peers and leadership as needed

• Communication – Comfortable handling 10-20 inbound and outbound calls to customers, dealers, and DMV. Communicates well within a Team.

• Technical Acumen – High level of detail and organization.

• Results Orientated – Works well in Team. Spots trends and shares with leadership. Works with minimal supervision.

Desirable prior experience:

• Dealership administrative or finance

• Title administrative / lien perfection experience/property tax/insurance experience

• Call center

• DMV

• Audit

• Team oriented

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm, Overtime sometimes starting at 7a or working until 6p

• Overtime (weekdays and/or Saturdays) is possible, based on business needs. One Saturday per month from 8-12 is mandatory.

• Must be flexible, schedule may change with business needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
