Assembly Worker –  Temporary Project Location: Macedonia
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
Duration: 1-2 month contract to support a large order. Opportunity for long-term employment if performance and fit are excellent! Position Overview: Join our Build Team as an Assembly Worker! Help us meet a big order with hands-on, precise work. If you like the job and the company, there’s potential to transition into a permanent Assembler role and expand your career. Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to work order, drawings, and quality requirements
• Verify cables, wires, and parts against bill of material and drawing specs
• Accurately read ruler and measure cable/wire cut lengths
• Build assemblies per instructions and quality specifications
• Perform first piece connector assembly testing for electrical continuity
• Inspect crimps and solders for visual quality
• Meet build standards and deadlines
• Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements

Requirements:

• Able to read a ruler accurately
• Able to identify colors
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to follow instructions and drawings with precision
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts, Mon–Fri
• Reliable, good attendance
