Job Title: Temp Manager Profession: Consultant-Clinical (non-bedside) Specialty: Case Management Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Day 8 Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of leadership experience License: RN licensure Certifications: ACM or CCM, CPR Must-Have: Deep understanding of Case Management and regulatory requirements Description: The Temp Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Case Management Department. They will report to the Director of Case Management. The Temp Manager will be responsible for 18 full-time inpatient case managers and 5 prn weekend case managers. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing a case management team. A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in case management is essential.
