We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to support daily data and administrative operations. The role involves entering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining information while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately into company systems and databases.
• Review, verify, and correct data to maintain accurate records.
• Process forms, documents, reports, and other company information.
• Organize and maintain digital and electronic files.
• Perform routine data checks and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company or customer information.
• Communicate with team members to resolve basic data-related issues.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet required deadlines.

Requirements

• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous data entry or office experience is helpful but not required.
