Five years of charge experience Traveler experience required

Description: Five years of experience required. No call or weekends required. Must have skills in acid-base management, adequacy of perfusion, and anticoagulation. Experience with blood conservation techniques and cardioplegia is essential. Familiarity with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and cardiopulmonary bypass is preferred. Knowledge of patient monitoring and point of care testing is necessary. Must be able to transport patients requiring cardiopulmonary support. Ability to manage power failure and massive air embolus is required. Experience with organ transplantation and myocardial preservation is a plus. Travel experience is mandatory. Willingness to work during major holidays is needed. Candidates must provide a full 7-year work history, including any gaps in employment. All certifications must be up to date at the time of application. Candidates may be required to follow additional safety protocols.
