About the Position

Job Title

CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Eureka, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures within a Radiology/Cardiology setting, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain CT equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment
• Complete required facility orientation modules prior to start and on an annual basis
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard contract terms (locals within 50 miles may be considered at a modified rate)
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling preferences upfront at the time of submission — post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (charge RNs or leads are acceptable)
• Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract or per-diem experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Familiarity with radiology and cardiology imaging protocols
• Experience working within a large health system or multi-facility environment
