As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kim Holland - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. Compensation: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales (required).
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Hayward, CA.
- Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sat. 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
