Driver Crew Member - Maintenance (49651)

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site. Responsibilities Safely drive a company work truck with a 24’ trailer. Perform daily vehicle inspections. Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and complete job site tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties. Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties. Move soil, equipment, and materials. Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned. Skills Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check. Experience safely driving a truck & trailer. Landscaping experience preferred. Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day. Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
