Regional Operations Manager — Industrial Distribution and Service Location: Odessa, Texas or Lewisville, Texas Base salary: $90,000–$110,000, based on experience Additional compensation: Individual performance bonus, typically around 10%, and President’s bonus, typically 5–10%, contributed to the employee’s 401(k) Stable and Growing Process Control client is seeking a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to lead the performance of a key Texas facility. This position combines strategic operational leadership with direct responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, technical-service support, safety, quality, employee development, customer commitments, continuous improvement, and facility management. The right leader will be equally comfortable reviewing operational and financial results with senior leadership, coaching employees on the floor, investigating an inventory variance, improving on-time delivery, leading a safety initiative, and removing obstacles that affect customers. What you will own Overall facility performance and operational execution Safety culture, observations, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations Shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling Inventory accuracy, cycle counting, variance investigation, and physical inventory Coordination of assembly, repair, warehouse, and shipping priorities On-time delivery and customer commitments Quality investigations and corrective actions Labor productivity and staffing effectiveness Employee coaching, performance management, cross-training, and development Continuous-improvement and standardization initiatives Facility maintenance, inspections, alarms, cranes, doors, fire equipment, and related projects Third-party vendors and service contracts Operational KPIs, ERP reporting, Excel analysis, and data-driven decisions Collaboration with sales, service, engineering, and corporate leadership What we are looking for Five or more years of leadership experience in industrial operations, distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, repair, or technical service Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance Experience managing safety, quality, inventory, logistics, and customer-service functions Strong understanding of operational KPIs Experience using ERP systems, Excel, reporting tools, and business applications Ability to lead strategically while remaining visible and engaged in daily operations Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with continuous improvement, corrective action, process standardization, or Lean practices Ability to operate and train employees on stand-up and sit-down forklifts Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends when customer and operational needs require it #J-18808-Ljbffr ThreePDS Inc.
