What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and monitor ongoing condition trends
• Administer prescribed medications, including IVs, and manage wound care and specialized equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medications, and safety procedures
• Recognize early signs of medical deterioration and respond promptly to prevent emergencies
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
• Support the hospital's efforts to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care throughout your shift

What You Need

• Valid RN license for Michigan
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Med Surg or Telemetry nursing
• Strong assessment and emergency response skills
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
