Job Description

• Oversee all onsite construction activities for groundup education projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control
• Coordinate daily field operations across masonry, concrete, and structural steel scopes
• Ensure work is executed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on groundup K12 or higher education projects
• Strong background in masonry, concrete, and structural steel construction
• Ability to travel throughout the Southeast as projects require
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA certification and a commitment to jobsite safety
• Can be based anywhere in Georgia
