Als **Design Engineer (m/w/d)** entwickelst du unsere Produkte von der Designidee bis zur Serienreife. Dabei verbindest du technische Expertise mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für Produktion, Qualität und Produktanforderungen und führst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich bis zur erfolgreichen Industrialisierung und Markteinführung.**Das sind deine Aufgaben – Entwickeln, Gestalten und zur Serienreife führen*** **Produktentwicklung mit Verantwortung:** Du entwickelst unsere Produkte von der Designidee bis zur Produktionsreife und übernimmst die technische Verantwortung während des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses.* **Technische Konstruktion:** Du erstellst präzise 3D-Konstruktionen von Produkten, Produktionsmodellen, Werkzeugen und Fertigungshilfsmitteln unter Berücksichtigung von Funktion, Design, Herstellbarkeit und Kosten.* **Produktoptimierung:** Du analysierst technische Herausforderungen, entwickelst eigenständig Lösungen und setzt notwendige Produkt- und Werkzeuganpassungen bis zur Serienfreigabe um.* **Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit:** Gemeinsam mit Produktion, Produktmanagement, Qualität, Werkzeugbau sowie externen Partnern diskutierst, bewertest und realisierst du technische Änderungen und führst deine Projekte sicher durch alle Entwicklungsschleifen.* **Industrialisierung:** Du begleitest Prototypen, Musterfertigungen und Produktionsanläufe und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte weltweit erfolgreich in Serie gefertigt werden können.* **Dokumentation und Datenmanagement:** Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen, Zeichnungen und CAD-Daten und sorgst für deren vollständige und termingerechte Bereitstellung.**Das bringst du mit – Dein Profil*** Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktentwicklung, Konstruktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ verfügst du über eine Ausbildung als Technischer Produktdesigner mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Design Engineering.* Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der 3D-Konstruktion, idealerweise mit **PTC Creo**, und hast Freude daran, technische Lösungen eigenverantwortlich zu entwickeln.* Du denkst über die Konstruktion hinaus und verstehst Fertigungsprozesse sowie den Weg eines Produktes bis zur Serienreife.* Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.* Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.**Warum Villeroy & Boch?**Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Produkte mit internationaler Reichweite.
