Pay $70,000 - $72,000 per year Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Licensure: Valid and current Texas State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Skills: Strong clinical proficiency in calculus removal and soft tissue management. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate patient interaction. Mindset: A team-oriented professional with a passion for preventative dentistry. Preferences Experience: Previous experience in a high-energy general dentistry setting. Software: Familiarity with modern dental practice management software and digital imaging tools. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification. Job Description Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to maintain and improve patient oral health. Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital radiographs and conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments. Patient Education: Act as a health advocate by providing personalized oral hygiene instruction and counseling patients on the link between oral health and systemic wellness. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the doctor to identify and communicate necessary dental treatments and periodontal therapies. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
