RSM US LLP is recruiting for a Manager in International Tax M&A to lead cross-border tax due diligence and structuring projects across multiple U.S. offices. You will coordinate with client teams, tax advisors, and local country experts to deliver robust tax advisory services and identify opportunities for clients amid complex cross-border transactions.
