We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and personable Title Professional to work with our team in a fast-paced office with frequent and high-level client contact. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with title examiner and underwriter to prepare title insurance policy and binders and title commitments, and with loan closer to prepare HUD-1 real estate settlement statements Title Processing of sale and refinance transactionsReviewing contractsReview title abstractsVerify compliance with title commitment requirementsCommunicating frequently with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lendersTrack the progress of file inputs/requirements to ensure that the transaction is able to meet the settlement dateInput data to Qualia and create documents for closingPrepare and balance Closing Disclosure/ALTA based on lender instructions, contract, and title requirementsUpload signed documents to the lender for funding authorizationBalance the file to the lender's and buyer's wire, and prepare disbursements Qualifications: 2-3 years' experience as a real estate title or mortgage processorGreat attention to detailExcellent multi-taskerEnthusiastic, friendly, patient, and kind

• Title Processing of sale and refinance transactions • Reviewing contracts • Review title abstracts • Verify compliance with title commitment requirements • Communicating frequently with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders • Track the progress of file inputs/requirements to ensure that the transaction is able to meet the settlement date • Input data to Qualia and create documents for closing • Prepare and balance Closing Disclosure/ALTA based on lender instructions, contract, and title requirements • Upload signed documents to the lender for funding authorization • Balance the file to the lender's and buyer's wire, and prepare disbursements
