TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Ambulatory Care RN in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, 53158!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active state or compact license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required Must-Have: Epic experience preferred Description: Perform surgery education, fracture care education, and other patient care education. Triaging of patient phone calls, assessing and prioritizing incoming calls to ensure safe and timely care is given. Manage PT/INRs for surgical patients pre/post-surgery. Submit prescriptions as directed by the provider. Complete and review FMLA, disability, and forms that need the provider's attention before submission. Schedule surgeries. Provide support for various patient care needs including splint application, burn care, dressing changes, and follow-up phone calls. Handle insurance verification, patient scheduling, and referrals. Maintain universal precautions and report work-related injuries. Complete necessary modules during orientation, which will be tracked for compliance.
