You’ll join a high-precision manufacturing cell where you set machines for success and keep production flowing. We have openings on first and second shift. Our typical workweek follows a four 10-hour day schedule, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as needed to meet demand.

• Run both manual and CNC equipment to manufacture tight-tolerance parts and assemblies.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs on machine tools and related equipment to sustain uptime.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical directives to determine operations, setups, and tooling.
• Verify finished part dimensions using precision gauges and instruments to confirm compliance to specifications.
• Set up and dial-in CNC lathes, CNC mills, and grinding machines; make on-the-fly adjustments to optimize quality and throughput.
