Primary Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferred destinations, schedules, and budgets
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and local attractions
• Develop personalized travel recommendations based on each client's preferences and vacation goals
• Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and travel services through approved booking platforms
• Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, booking confirmations, and important travel documentation
• Assist clients with itinerary revisions, reservation updates, cancellations, and special travel requests
• Review reservation details to help ensure travel arrangements are accurate before departure
• Communicate with travelers throughout the planning process to provide updates and helpful guidance
• Maintain organized client profiles, reservation records, and communication history within company systems
• Utilize preferred supplier relationships and internal resources to provide exceptional travel support
• Participate in ongoing destination education, supplier training, and professional development programs
