Commercial Door Fabricator Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Fabricator with experience building or assembling commercial doors. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating CNC equipment and other shop machinery, assembling door components, and accurately drilling holes according to measurements and specifications. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble commercial doors and related components. Operate CNC machines and shop machinery safely and efficiently. Drill, cut, and prepare materials to required dimensions and specifications. Read work orders, shop drawings, measurements, and production instructions. Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, fit, and quality. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized. Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules. Work with team members to resolve fabrication or assembly issues. Qualifications Experience in fabrication, preferably with commercial doors. Hands-on experience with CNC equipment and shop machinery. Experience with assembly, drilling holes, and preparing materials. Ability to follow measurements, written instructions, and shop drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Safe work habits and willingness to learn additional equipment or processes. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move around the shop for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, and handle materials and tools. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
