Schedule Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); Every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide exceptional care in a short-term acute care setting. The position will require floating between units, including Floor Care, Emergency Department, and General Pediatrics, based on the needs of the hospital. Experience in a variety of procedures and protocols related to emergency care and pediatrics is essential. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy services to patients of various age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Manage ventilators and provide care for critical patients in the Emergency Department. Perform tracheostomy care and other advanced respiratory procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid Washington license (or Compact RN license). ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required. Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, with preference given to those with charge experience and in trauma settings.
