The Opportunity As a Senior Data Analyst within the Accounting department, you will serve as a subject matter expert in financial data collection, analysis, and reporting.You will work directly with the teams to understand the data needs, perform the analysis and deploy the results/solutions. You will also have the opportunity to advise on resources needed to continue advancing our data solutions. Accountable for Work with executives and Firm leaders to identify opportunities for improvement. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Assist with project management for selected projects. Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data. Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. Process confidential data and information. Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings. Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office. Qualifications 7+ years of experience working in data analysis. Strong Excel skills. Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or similar software. Salesforce experience is highly preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to set and meet deadlines. Ability to work in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. Reporting and data visualization skills. Excellent attention to detail.
