Job Description Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant to help coordinate and support promotional events, community outreach activities, and marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals interested in event coordination and customer engagement. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Support event logistics and scheduling. Welcome and interact with event attendees. Distribute promotional materials and provide event information. Help maintain event inventory and supplies. Coordinate with team members to ensure successful event operations. Assist with post-event reporting and documentation. Provide outstanding customer service during events. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in team environments. Flexibility to support scheduled events.
