Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials and part geometries.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to determine welding processes and specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including power sources, wire feeders, and robotic welding cells.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications using visual and measurement techniques.
• Troubleshoot welding issues, adjust parameters, and perform minor maintenance on welding equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding procedures and improve product design for manufacturability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
