Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Cool Springs, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shift with 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care and ensure each patient receives the best treatment possible. The position includes working with a diverse patient population and managing a varied caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement effective treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Provide hands-on therapy and interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Maintain productivity expectations with a goal of 60 visits per week, seeing an average of 12-14 patients per day.
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float to other clinics within the region as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Preferred outpatient experience.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
