MilliporeSigma, a market leader supplying the global Life Science industry, is growing its digital category team, and looking for qualified candidates passionate about the digital customer experience.The Digital Category Associate Manager will work independently as part of a team, partnering with internal stakeholders across product management, digital marketing, data science and analytics, and others.Assess business trends and share recurring reports on performance; Effectively communicate and impact appropriate KPIsGenerate hypotheses to improve customer on-site experience and drive incremental businessTest hypotheses, and scale learnings, implementing actionable, revenue-driven initiatives on online commerceSuccessfully execute project elements across team initiatives and manage programs components with team supportResponsible for assisting the Digital Category Management team in increasing our organization’s digital and merchandising acuity This is a hybrid role and can be based in Burlington, MA, or St Louis, MO. Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Life Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, etc.), or Data Science2+ years of eCommerce or Digital Marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Marketing, Life Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, etc.), or Data Science Life Science, Chemicals or Healthcare industry knowledgeDemonstrated ability to craft and execute on digital strategyUnderstanding of relevant systems/databases (PIM, ERP, Palantir Foundry, etc.) and demonstrated ability to work with and analyze large datasetsStory building and storytelling skills, and ability to interact with senior management in matrix organizationBusiness-fluent English skills, both verbal and written; German skills would be a plusWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
