Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Specialist who understands that success comes from both knowledge of life insurance products and consistent, effective prospecting .

You’ll help customers secure their financial future through personalized recommendations—while pursuing new opportunities to grow the agency’s book of business.

This is also a growth role: top performers will have the opportunity to expand into planning and financial services , including additional licensing/training and broader advisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful life insurance sales experience.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and close sales effectively.
• Work Ethic: A self-starter with a “no excuses” attitude who is committed to achieving results and maintaining a positive office presence.
• Integrity: Honest and ethical approach to sales, prioritizing the best interests of clients.
• Adaptability: Street-smart and resourceful, capable of handling challenges and finding creative solutions.
• Stability: Seeking a long-term career opportunity with a reputable company.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology.
• Licensed to sell life insurance in PA, NJ or DE.
• Interested in pursuing additional licensing or training in financial planning and advisory services.
