Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate Picker/Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Picker/Packer

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

Pick and pack products accurately based on order specifications
Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently
Use ladders to retrieve products from shelving units, working comfortably at heights
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Strong work ethic and self-motivation to stay productive throughout the shift
Dependability and punctuality
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
