All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.Position SummaryAs a Warehouse Operator II, you'll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You'll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You'll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safelyLoad and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentationPerform cycle counts and update inventory systemsOrganize and label warehouse storage areasPick, pack, and stage materials for shipmentInspect equipment and report maintenance needsCollaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflowFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policiesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operationsAbility to obtain forklift certificationProven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipmentAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shiftComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsSkillsComfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systemsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Able to read, write, and understand EnglishStrong organization and time managementTeam-oriented and dependablePay: $20.65 per hourBonus Eligibility: YesThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
