They are often responsible for handling all client meetings, including those involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a financing. Managing Directors serve as key contacts for many clients, including senior C-suite executives in the Affordable Housing industry. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
