North Arrow ABA

Job Description

Job Description

Why You’ll Love this Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job!

Join us in Northern Michigan - voted one of the best places to live and among the most beautiful regions in the country by multiple publications and television features. We are seeking quality-focused, dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our center in Cheboygan, MI.

Signing/Relocation Bonus for Qualified Candidates!

Discover the true outdoors in Northern Michigan, with a lower cost of living and endless outdoor activities nearby - from beautiful, crystal-blue freshwater lakes, navigable rivers and mountain bike trails in the summer to skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter. Plus, nearly year-round opportunities to hike, hunt, fish, explore dozens of wineries/breweries, and enjoy all of the unique shopping and dining opportunities across Northern Michigan. We offer relocation, competitive pay, a maximum caseload of eight (8) clients, paid time off, performance bonuses, full benefits, flexible schedules, a learning-based culture, and significant career growth opportunities. As a locally owned company, we are proud to offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving eligible employees the opportunity to build long-term financial security through company ownership while contributing to our shared success.

We are currently seeking BCBAs to provide treatment to children diagnosed with autism, in our clinical center setting as well as in client homes. The successful applicant will provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and in one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children, in addition to developing programs, behavior intervention plans (as needed), and program monitoring of their caseload.

Enjoy a lower cost of living while experiencing the best of Northern Michigan’s year-round outdoor lifestyle. From crystal-clear lakes, scenic rivers, and mountain biking in the summer to skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling in the winter, adventure is always close by. You’ll also have nearly year-round access to hiking, fishing, local wineries and breweries, plus unique shopping and dining throughout the region.

At North Arrow, you'll help create progress that changes lives, from a child's first words to milestones that build confidence, independence and new possibilities. You'll be surrounded by support that goes beyond, with other employee-owners, supervisors, and leaders who genuinely have your back. And as an employee-owned company, we offer opportunities without limits, meaning you'll continue building the skills, confidence, and experience needed to take on new challenges and grow.
