Position Overview Avantier is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support daily office and operational activities. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a similar role and can confidently manage administrative tasks, communication, inventory coordination, and follow‑ups in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating effectively across teams.
